Christian Carnival #109 is up at Pursuing Holiness. A blog carnival is a round-up of several blogs in a given category. Each blog submits an article, and the carnival host provides a short description and a link to each article submitted. It’s a good way to sample a lot of blogs in a hurry. Hosting rotates from week to week among the participating blogs. The Christian Carnival goes up each Wednesday.
Forty-two Christian blogs participated this week. Among the topics: forgiveness (“Why Do You Remember What I Have Forgotten?â€), “Examining the Complex Relationship Between Christians and Homosexuals,†discipleship (“Just Doing My Dutyâ€), a report from a rescue team returning from the Gulf Coast (“More of the Sameâ€), and “What is Emergent Theology?†We submitted Rod Heggy’s excellent article, “What Ever Happened to the Sermon?â€

I had never visited Pursuing Holiness, this week’s carnival host. It is an interesting blog written by “Laura.” Her posts range from devotional to political (very conservative) to personal. Laura has been blogging since May 2004 and has about 80 readers a day. Pursuing Holiness is worth taking a look.
