The Mission of Joshua One
Joshua One is spreading the life-changing message of Jesus and calling Christians to live as disciples of Jesus Christ. We are doing this work in the U.S., Costa Rica, India, and wherever else the Lord leads us.
Brief Description of Joshua One
Joshua One is the ministry of Terry and Norma Hull and a large group of fellow believers who are working together to spread the message of Jesus and encourage and assist fellow Christians in other nations.
Our team members, partners, and supporting churches are located mostly in Oklahoma, but include like-minded believers and churches in many other states.
The life-changing message of Jesus
Jesus Christ is the greatest teacher the world has ever known. What other prophet, philosopher or priest has had such an influence on the world as Jesus has had?
Jesus taught radical, never-before-heard teachings about love, humility, forgiveness, helping people in need, and befriending sinners.
Jesus taught: Love your enemies. Treat people the way you would be treated. Be a servant to all. Turn the other cheek. Let him who is without sin throw the first stone. Don’t worry about tomorrow. Ask and you will receive it. Seek God’s kingdom first. Those teachings are just as radical in the 21st century as they were when Jesus first taught them.
Jesus’ influence in the fields of religion, ethics, philosophy, history, politics, culture, and literature is extraordinary and unparalleled. Jesus is the most important person of all human history.
Jesus made many outrageous claims about Himself. He called Himself the only begotten Son of God. He said that the only way to find God is through Him, God’s Son. He said that apart from Him, we can do nothing. He said that He is the bread of life, and that He will cause living water to flow from within us. He said that whoever believes in Him will live forever.
We believe Jesus is exactly who He said He is: the living Son of God, the Creator, the Savior, the Lord, the Source of eternal life. We believe Jesus will do exactly what He said He would do for those who choose to follow Him. Joshua One exists to spread that life-changing message.

The call for Christians to live as disciples of Jesus Christ
The Christian faith is not a hobby. It is not a self-improvement program. It is not a political platform or a list of family values. It is not a church.
The Christian faith is a life-changing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
A disciple of Jesus humbles oneself, confessing one’s many sins and shortcomings and asking Jesus for the forgiveness that only God’s Son can give.
A disciple demonstrates one’s faith and commitment by being baptized into Jesus Christ and dedicating one’s life to following Him.
A disciple of Jesus eagerly studies the life and teachings of Jesus, as well as the rest of the Word of God.
A disciple of Jesus devotes oneself, first and foremost, to serving Him.
A disciple of Jesus enters into an intimate connection with other disciples: worshipping together, teaching each other, and encouraging and supporting each other.
